We really hope you love your Smock London order. Of course we understand that sometimes you may change your mind and you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Goods must be returned in perfect condition and the delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable. Please note that personalised items are non-refundable.

As we are paperless we have not included a returns form with your order – please clearly note your order number and name within the package or on the outer carton, without an order number your refund may be subject to delay.

You will receive an email to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 5 days after receipt of the return.

UK RETURNS

UK orders may be returned using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and return labels may be automatically generated using our UK Returns Portal. Orders returned using this service can be dropped at any post box or post office. We charge a flat rate of £5 for UK orders returned for refund using this service, this will be deducted from your refund. Orders returned for exchange will not be charged. 

Alternatively if you do not wish to use our Returns Portal you may return your order yourself at your own cost to the address below. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as Smock London cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

EU RETURNS

EU returns may be returned using DHL and return labels can be automatically generated using our EU Returns Portal. We charge a flat rate of 30 Euros for EU orders returned for refund using this service, this will be deducted from your refund. 

Alternatively if you do not wish to use our Returns Portal you may return your order yourself at your own cost to the address above.

USA & REST OF WORLD RETURNS

USA & Rest of World returns can be arranged. We charge a flat rate of $30 for USA returns and $40 for rest of world returns which will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us to request a return and a returns label will be emailed to you.

Alternatively if you do not wish to use our returns service you may return your order yourself at your own cost to the address above.

Customs Charges and International Returns

Please note that any import duties or taxes paid when receiving your order are non-refundable. If you are returning goods from outside the UK yourself, you MUST clearly mark the package as "Returned British Goods" in order to avoid customs charges and VAT when goods are returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs charges or import VAT incurred when returning items which will be deducted from any refunds payable . If goods are held by UK customs due to shipment errors it will not be possible for us to process a refund.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full including the original postage charge. Please email hello@smocklondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order for instructions.
