Made of a hand woven painted stripe cotton, the skirt features a deep hand smocked waistband emblazoned with our oversize zig zag smocking design in crisp white "Ice cap" threads. We offer delivery to the USA with either a postal service (approx 10 days) or a faster courier service with DHL (approx 5 days). Delivery to the USA is FREE for orders over $250.
