Named after the social reformer who dedicated her life to the support and education of vulnerable women in Victorian Britain, comes this fabulous, hand stitched dress. Yards of classic blue stripe seersucker are pleated into a gently elasticated bodice, emblazoned with our Lattice Layers smocking design in red and cream threads, adorned with the cutest hand stitched cherries. The central bodice is balanced by a midi skirt and voluminous blouson sleeves with richly smocked cuffs that can be worn on-or-off the shoulder. We offer delivery to the USA with either a postal service (approx 10 days) or a faster courier service with DHL (approx 5 days). Delivery to the USA is FREE for orders over $250.
